How it works
Take My PFP is one profile picture, cut into squares, and one NFT. Buy a piece, put your own picture or words on it, and the NFT changes to show it.
This is the test version on Robinhood Chain testnet. It runs on test dollars, free from the site; no real money moves.
Buy a piece
Drag across the face to pick a rectangle of squares. Drag again to pick more; each rectangle becomes your own block, and they are bought together or not at all. You sign twice: once to approve the payment, once to send it. Your wallet needs a little gas for that; “Get test money” sends both.
- $0.25 a square of eyes or mouth
- $0.05 a square of face
- $0.02 a square of body
- $0.01 a square of background
Make it yours
Put a photo on your block (it is fitted to the block for you) or up to 140 characters of words. The first time, your wallet asks for one free signature; after that, every change costs you nothing. The face is redrawn at once and the NFT shows the new picture. Every version is kept, so you can watch the face change over time.
A block of at least 4 squares can also carry a link. Anyone who taps it sees where it goes before they leave.
Squares can be bought from you
Anyone can buy squares someone already owns, for 1.4× what they cost, and the owner is paid 1.15×. Week by week that price falls back toward the square's starting price, by 3% a week. A square that was just bought can't be bought again for an hour. The rest of your block stays yours, and what you are owed waits for you to cash out.
The creator's own corner can't be bought from them.
Sell it or give it away
Put your block up for sale at any price. When it sells, 5% goes to whoever holds the PFP's NFT, 5% to websitekit, and the rest to you. Or give it to any wallet. Money you are owed waits on your page until you cash out.
Blends
Own a block holding at least $0.08 of squares? You get one roll: AI repaints the whole face, everyone's pictures and words included, as one new picture, and it is minted to you as its own NFT. One roll per block per owner, and no redos. Every blend is in the gallery.
Where the money goes
On every sale, 5% goes to websitekit and the rest to whoever holds the PFP's NFT, except what block owners are owed when their squares or blocks are bought from them. That is theirs.
When Take My PFP launches on mainnet, the NFT is held by a contract that buys NOT A WEBSITE with everything the PFP earns and burns it. Nobody can take that money out.
Built on websitekit
The squares, blocks and payments are websitekit image boards: open contracts on Robinhood Chain. Take My PFP is the site on top. websitekit.org
